Care Cook Workshops with Chef Preston Walker
Sponsored by Harvest Fine Foods
People living in care homes expect and deserve high quality nutritious food and every care cook worth their salt, strives to meet or exceed these expectations on a daily basis. But unlike other sectors of foodservice, we also have to deal with catering for conditions such as dysphagia and dementia, which provide their own unique challenges.
Date: Thursday 18th October 2018
Venue: Harvest Fine Foods, Unit 6-9 South Hampshire Industrial Estate, Brunel Road, Totton, Southampton, Hampshire, SO40 3SA
